FAILURES CAN BE PROFITABLE

The Manny Pacquiao and Mosley fight just recently was a great fight for me. Manny did a great job. This big event in the Philippines and even in the whole world gave me a great lesson to live on.
There was a round where Manny Pacquiao was down on the floor because he was accidentally pushed by Mosely and received a bad call from the referee. Obviously, it should have not been counted by the referee as “knocked down,” but it was. However, that incident did not disappoint Pacquiao instead he just laughed at the decision of the referee. He got back , more aggressive, dominate the rest of the rounds and win the fight. This was something that I have noticed in the person of Manny Pacquiao and I do believe that this is one of his positive attitudes that made him as the greatest ring fighter in the world.


I remember also when Manny Pacquiao lost his fight with Eric Morales after which , he became more stronger and instead of getting discourage, he prepared himself to make it to victory. Since then, he never missed his every fight. Many people love to see him inside the ring because of this positive attitude.
We should embrace this positive attitude of Manny Pacquiao, “ he never surrender until he makes it to the top.” Sometimes life will knock us down because of so many failures we experienced, but let us not take these failures as reasons for us to stop living, instead let us take these as a motivation to fight again, make our self more stronger in order to win the game of life. Every failures in life could be a great opportunity and something that we can profit from it , if taken positively failures can be profitable to us .

I am fond of reading biographies of successful people. One common thing I observed among them is that, all of them experienced failures in life much greater than what we have maybe right now but they all knew how to profit from it. These never discouraged them to pursue their dreams instead, they took these as factors that made them stronger to face life again and again until they succeed. Just like Thomas Edison who failed 10,000 times before he became successful in his invention. Michael Jordan failed to enter the varsity during his High school days but instead he became the greatest basketball player of his time.

Failure is good when we profit from it, and it can be a motivating factor for us to do more just like Manny Pacquiao, Thomas Edison , Michael Jordan and many more successful personalities.






                   

How To Build Up Yourself To Others By Telling Your Stories

I have something to tell you that most  people didn't know..  You become your own story as you tell about yourself… every day  in our lives we always  telling stories about ourselves to our friends , family members, business partners and other associates . But many of us are not aware the impact of the stories we are creating.

These stories can either break us or build us.. How?  For example there are  people who I don’t trust sometimes not because they are bad people but because of the stories they told to me about themselves.  They tell about their lack of responsibility before in the past or they tell stories about their complaints and failures and they keep repeating them.  Eventually they transfer those stories to me  and soon become my reality. 

So the way I view him or her is such an irresponsible person, now do you trust irresponsible person?  Of course not.  In short, they are the ones creating their reality based on the stories they tell. How about  you tell stories about your success or accomplishment and how you achieved it, like a story  that  you were once in high school  a captain ball of a football team or story like you help your community in  organizing charity works..  Even small successes you often  trash into a garbage can,  will make a difference in your life.  It is not yet too late.

3 elements of top 5 people in getting more time and Financial success

Top 5 person are those people who work hard for freedom. Freedom means having a time and money to spend where ever they want to spend it. Not only that, they achieve this kind of life at the early age. My mentor said there are 3 elements in order to get a life that will give you more time and financial success.

1. First element-Choose to be successful. You have to embrace that this kind of life is possible for you. And you are willing to pursue it no matter what happen because you believe you deserve to be successful.

2. Second element- Choose the right vehicle. Look for an opportunity that can give you freedom and can take you there faster. Because success is a destination and in order to get there you need a right vehicle to get there faster.

3. Third element-You need to be a good driver, which means you have to be a leader. Your vehicle is useless if you don’t know how to drive. Being a good driver means you need to develop leadership skills.

"Take risks: If you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will learn to be wise."

Why people are afraid of taking risk of  fighting for their dreams?  Even they know that  the result that they want  can be achieved by taking some risk .  Some of us are afraid to fail, that’s why they don't even try to do the things that they want to do.  Or some of us are afraid of what might other people will say  and this is one  of my problems  before.  I’m so much attached with what might other  will say of me.  But if you really think about it,  why are you afraid of what other people will say about you?  In fact, this is your life and you only live this life once.  Then why not start living your  life.   Every time  I encounter this feeling I always asked my self  where am  I committed to?  To my dreams or to the opinions of other people..?  In fact opinions are cheap and my goals are not, so why should I let myself be stopped by cheap opinions of other people instead of focusing in my goals and dreams.

Is failure really a failure?  Well for me there’s no such thing as failure .  If you fail at least you can do better next time and  become  wiser  enough. To me failure is when  you dare not  try and  you never learn from your mistakes if ever  there will be.  Mistakes are  GOOD when you learn from them.   Every risk you take is a success regardless of the result, it’s a win win situation...so,  If you know that you gonna win why are you afraid to take risk.  By not trying and not taking risk, is already the big risk you ever  did in your life.  So Take action now and fight  for  your goals and plans...

I Run To Finish The Race

This Is my first time to Join a marathon and It is a 10k Run.. I dont have any preparation  and my friend said  Kaya kaya natin yan?.... and I answer I don't know and I dont care, all I want is to finish the race.

So we joined the race.  During the race you can feel the pain and  your legs are tired..and your brain starts  complaining. But  my friend and myself  were  really determined to finish the race we didn’t care if we win or lose,  what was in our  minds was to finish it, and we did it.   Obviously we did not win but at least we did not finished last.=)

I can relate this to our goal in life. In any race winning is the game but if you want to win, preparation is important.  We did not win because we did not have  preparation and proper training. Those people who finished first  were  the ones who prepared well and had the training. And of course they  were the ones enjoying  the prize and that is life.

Our goal as I previously said is like a race.  When you want to achieve your desired goal,  you also need preparation and likewise proper training.  It is the preparation that bring you near to the finishing line of achievement.  Training on the other hand  will help you realize  the outcome of what you want to be and what you want to achieve.  Then whether what the weather will be you will taste the sweetness of  your success and achievement.

Like any game or race pain, frustration,  disappointment are but normal  in achieving your goal. Along the way you will encounter them, but what will keeps you on tract is your determination to finish it.  As long as you keep going  and keep fighting you can still reach the finishing line.  You just have to choose it.

As a summary  there  are two lesson I learned  from this experience

First if you really want to win you have to prepare ,develop your skills and mindset to get stronger. Find people who will support you  in achieving your goal.

Second From the start choose what you want and fight for it no matter  what. Don’t let pain or frustration  stop you.

Every entrepreneur should have a Mentor , You have to find someone who can help you show the way someone who’s been down that road before and can share their wisdom.

A mentor is someone with more experience than you. Why we need a mentor? A mentor is your guide and can teach you the discipline you need to be successful in business and he can help shorten your learning curve. Our mentor can teach us patience when we face difficulty along the way while learning the discipline on how to be successful in business, and the safest and fastest way to do this is to apprentice with someone else.

You can find a mentor anywhere, there’s a lot of books out there about personal development, audio, video and trainings of successful people. Invest in reading good books and attending personal development trainings.One of my friends and who once my mentor said, be like a sponge and absorb everything the mindset, skills and wisdom of every successful person.

You can treat your mind like a garden you can plant every good thoughts in your mind and wait until they grow in your brain…If you want to be successful in business you have to surround yourself with people who are successful in business… Very few people achieve great success without a mentor. Find a team that will support you achieving your dreams people who will encourage you to fulfill your mission in life. Hang out with positive people and learn from each other. Expand your social network.

One of your mentors maybe is your personal experiences as you can even turn your failure as a mentor, in school if we commit mistake our teacher mark it as a failing grade but in reality or in  life its ok to make mistakes. One of the authors said if you want to be successful faster, double your failing rate and learn from them…successful people has many mistakes compared to unsuccessful people. Don’t be afraid to make mistake!

As long as you will become open and willing to learn, mentors will show up in your life. Most of the successful mentors will not ask you for payment, They like to teach and train other people as long as you are willing.  Sometimes they do it because they want to learn more. Develop a good relationship with your mentor. And as the relationship develops over time, that trust can grow even stronger. Also, your time with them becomes more and more efficient as they become more and more familiar with you and your business…

In my company which I called LIFE, I will find and hire good people by not trying to change them to be good.

In building a business relationship or even forming a football team, it is very important to work with people whose values are approximately or relatively the same as you have, so that there will be an alignment of goals and plans when working together as associates.

Teamwork is important in every endeavor no matter how small or big it may be.  Hence, it follows that dealing with people and in choosing them as part of your team is also important. In such case, running a company as owner, you need to choose the right teammates or colleagues in order to fulfill the company’s mission.  For example, a  girl whose  mission in life is to have a partner who is  health conscious, God- fearing, family oriented and ambitious, shall not marry an atheist, smoker, and a lazy person.   She has to find a guy who has the same value as she has for her to be happy.  Make sense right? In business, while building your dreams choose a team that is ambitious, positive and willing to support  you in realizing your dreams. It is not advisable partnering with people who have no ambition and with negative attitude in life because changing them for good will cause you a lot of headaches, as Jim Rhon said, “Good people are found not changed.”

Just like if an HR is looking for an engineer, he will not hire an accountant and change him to an engineer.  The smartest thing to do is to hire the best engineer.   If  I were the CEO of my Life Company, who will I hire?  Of course, I will hire the best people who can  work with me with ease in a healthy company relationship which will make me happy every single day while achieving  my company’s mission.

Life is simple.  If you are looking for good people find  them! If you are looking for positive friends, find them!  If you are looking for a religious husband, find him and hire him in your life! Life is so beautiful because what you want to have solely depends on you.  It is YOU who give  answers  to the questions of what, where when and  with whom to accomplish your mission.
